Orionids Meteor Shower! October 21, morning, Moon Phase: Rises around 1 a.m.
Leonids Meteor Shower!! November 17, morning, Moon Phase: Rises late evening
Geminids Meteor Shower!! December 13, evening. Moon Phase: Full Moon.We plan to have some "Star Parties" scheduled so please check back!

We had a wonderful "Star Party" in June '07 with our local astronomy group THE ANDROMEDA SOCIETY who we'd like to thank so much for bringing their telescopes. They said it was their best yet!
And we are having one on Saturday, August 11th for the Perseid Meteor Shower. The ANDROMEDA SOCIETY will be bringing their scopes up at 11 p.m. and stay through the early morning hours. Bring a sweater, a comfortable chair, a blanket and come on up! Snacks and drinks provided.
